"Scam scam scam I booked the room for a night sole to host and day of reservation gotten no text nor update about how to get into the room "

"Communal bathroom door doesn’t close (got walked in on while using toilet), faucet handle fell off, mildew in air conditioner, ants crawling on me in bed, tv didn’t work, wasn’t offered a key to bedroom door and guy couldn’t find one for 10 minutes. Kept trying random keys in his pocket. Called “hotel” to complain and was told to call Expedia because hotel couldn’t do anything. Expedia said to call hotel because they couldn’t do anything. "
