"Arrived during a downpour, so having a safe garage was key. The two hotels sharing joined buildings was confusing at first, but the staff was happy to direct. Late dinner at the bar was a great option!"

"Great service by staff and clean and comfortable beds. No coffee available as amenity. Limited choice of breakfast at motel or in immediate neighborhood. Light rail is nearby (West Bank) and also u university of Minnesota. Great location. Elevators are prompt after pushing button for a 14 story building and not wait long at all."

"Room had a musty odor the entire time and shower head is in need of replacement (sprayed everywhere and was not enjoyable). Only had one person checking out in the morning and had to wait a decent amount of time. I told him about the odor but he was frazzled with customers and phone ringing that I doubt anything will be addressed with the room. I’d recommend avoiding room 585. "

"Even though there was some renovations taking place, i would have never known without the signs claiming it was happening. The bed was so comfortable, i probably had the best night rests in a while. The shower had the best water pressure i have ever encountered at a hotel."

"My wife and I stayed here on May 29- June 2 2026. The place is very conveniently located in downtown Minneapolis, with the famous Minneapolis Skyway (aka Walkway) running through the building. The Skyway's total length is over 10 miles, and makes it possible for pedestrians to walk indoors to almost all of downtown Minneapolis, including to Target Field and Target Center.
