"Room was clean and a perfect base for exploring. 1 tiny fan and no air conditioning as advertised! We had to go buy another large fan as was stifling even with both sets of patio doors open all night. Not the golf view promised but a building site. Would also help to advise customers you have longterm construction daily for 2 new blocks. Noise from deliveries of materials, lorries reversing, Externally the existing buildings need alot of care and repairs. Balconies falling to bits. Weeds growing...

"Booked a family quadruple room which is two twins and a double bed in a good sized room, we have booked this room twice in other locations in England and the guy at the front desk gave us a room with a double and a twin, went back and expressed we got the quadruple room and he grunted hummed and hawed before I told him that we had paid for it, showed reservation and expressed we needed the beds for our two Children. "Our luggage in the room was packed - while we were out someone entered our room and ransacked each of our suitcases. Nothing was taken but left us feeling unsafe to leave "

"We only stayed one night and it was an okay enough experience, the staff were friendly and room clean, with ample parking. The amenities in the room were also good for our needs and really nice having some outdoor space. The on site pub was really nice and cosy with some board games which was nice to spend a relaxing evening playing. "The menu was limited, expensive and some dishes were poor. The room “Brewery” was small, limited storage, no fridge, tired decor and UNBEARABLY HOT. However must commend the staff for working through the heatwave. Particular thanks goes to Courtney who was extremely helpful and friendly. In summary hotel should investigate the installation of air conditioning or the use of portable air conditioning units for the summer months. The food menu/prices should be reviewed, The decor in the Brewery...

"Gorgeous and spotless place in the heart of the Cotswolds. Sally and Jayne are awesome. Make sure you eat at the restaurant downstairs too, it is world class."

"The property was well positioned. The Cotswolds are BUSY, so it was great to have somewhere to stay out of the busyness. The bed was comfortable and bathroom was a great size (room 2). No aircon which was an issue in the latest heatwave. The staff did try to help by putting a fan in the room. We used the restaurant for dinner and there was a wide selection of choices. This can also be said about breakfast."
