"Lovely, character-filled coaching inn. Room was clean with delightful toiletries and in-room coffee/tea options, and quiet. Bed was an utter delight. Really comfy. Included breakfast was good, and I also had a delicious dinner. Drinks could be enjoyed in the courtyard or bar. Quite lovely. The staff was great. Everyone was helpful and professional. There is no air-conditioning, but a fan was provided."

"We stayed for 3 nights and it was the most relaxing and beautiful stay in the countryside of Cotswolds! The studio pod is spacious enough for two people, kitted out with good appliances and everything you really need for a lovely stay. The bed is very comfortable (I have back problems and can never get comfortable away from home, but this was great comfort for me). The location is perfect, close to many places of interest. Very serene waking up to the views! "

"Well positioned in the town. Impressive looking building, lovely vibe inside and gorgeous outdoor seating area. We were staying in room 12 which is very small. It was a hot night, so the room was baking, hence we had the window open but a gang of 12-15 pigeons live (noisily) just outside the window! The windowsill was covered in bird poo which was not nice. Shower great and nice to have an Nespresso machine and complimentary water. Bed and pillows too soft for me, but personal choice."

"Though I had paid for a super room , unfortunately the room was given was a box room with no fan . Hardly one person could walk around in the room"

"Booked two rooms for ourselves and relatives for a three night stay. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The Hall is an old building with lots of character and has those little corridors running off in many directions which I find intriguing. Our room was clean and spacious. Bathroom was clean with a good size shower and quite modern. The windows in the building are the old style metal frame single glazing so we're difficult to open and you can hear outside noise so if you're a light...

"The only concern I had was with the shower/bathtub combination. It is very difficult getting out, because the floor of the room is 6" lower than the bottom of the tub. And without anything to hold on to, I found it very dangerous."

"Very nice stay. Room nice and bed very comfortable. Could have done with a shelf in the bathroom as nowhere to put things. Breakfast was delicious with a huge selection of fresh food."

"Tout était parfait ! Un manoir magnifique, avec son jardin superbe, le personnel d’une extrême gentillesse, à l’écoute. Les repas, tea tame, petits déjeuners copieux et très bons. Un coin de paradis au calme où il fait bon se reposer et d’où on n’a plus envie de repartir !"
