"Check-in was easy. I like that your room card is needed to activate the elevator. That felt safe. The room was awesome! It was beautiful and clean. I didn't understand the necessity of the metal plate in the shower. It sounded like a kid hitting a spoon on a pot. I was confused with knowing where to park. Otherwise, it was a very nice stay."

"I like how helpful and friendly the staff was throughout my stay. From the shuttle drivers to the front desk staff, everyone went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. I really appreciated when I called the front desk for extra blankets and needed additional towels, the room service staff was quick to assist. The customer service from everyone was absolutely amazing! It truly made my stay a wonderful experience."

"If your there for the mall its a great spot your right across the street. Didnt know it was $10 a day for parking as well. Breakfast was really good especially the yogurt machine they have. I would go back only if i was there for the mall. Could not beat the price we paid"

"Staff was friendly and willing to reset key cards every morning. The shower had excellent water pressure that pooled outside the tub because the curved shower curtain was put in incorrectly and curtain repeatedly slipped to the middle. Very glad the mold ablation and floor/wall replacing is not our costly project! Bed was firm, pillows were squishy, breakfast was okay and free parking was ample."
