"I can't say enough great things about his Hotel, particularly Francis the manager. We were part of a giant group of people who had their flights cancelled. We arrived at the hotel late at night, and they kept the kitchen open long enough for us to eat. The staff was incredibly friendly, that night and at breakfast the next day. This hotel was definitely the bright spot in a horribly frustrating travel day."
"We had a great stay. The waiter in the café was awesome(sorry, can't remember his name), he was genuinely interested in our stay and gave us some recommendations of things to do in the city.
Everyone was very nice. Seems to be rare anymore."
