"Property is clean, location not bad at all; although from the pictures it looks like it’s at the lake and not really. But you can get to the center in 5 minutes by bus (city bus included)and the bus stop it’s 3 minutes walk, or you can walk look at the city, takes 25 minutes to the piazza. "

"Location is excellent. We had an economy room - it was clean and had what we needed but quite uninspiring and it was a bit noisy when we arrived. It was quiet when we went to sleep. Breakfast was included but I couldn’t see information about how to get breakfast so emailed and got a quick reply. Breakfast was reasonable but we had to wait fifteen mins to get our coffee. Orange juice had already been poured out on a counter but it also took ten mins. "

Other than that, a fun hotel very walkable to the waterfront, station, Grand Piazza. Bus to Ascona is right outside and free with Ticino visitor card. Satisfying breakfast. A good Ibis hotel. "
