"It was impossible to get to get a spot at the pool as people would put their towel and then disappear. There were not many chairs to accommodate this. Otherwise an amazing hotel that really goes out of their way to provide amazing customer service. I would stay here in a heart beat. The helped arrange a taxi to and from the airport, a rental car and upgraded our room without me asking for it. All very friendly and helpful."

Only issue with staff is we had a house keeper walk into our room without approval at 9:30 in the morning. It was a little sketchy! Pool looked nice but never used! "This is a nice modern hotel right near the beach and port. We had a view of the water and could walk to old town easily. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They gave us helpful answers to our tourist questions and were always available. Chania was a charming city that we wish we had one more night at. We would stay here again if we ever make it back."
