"Worst nights sleep ever!! The beds were the biggest issue and the main reason I would not recommend Wyndham Residences Algarve Carvoeiro. We expected a new 4-star hotel experience, but the bed was unbelievably hard. Genuinely the hardest and most uncomfortable hotel bed we have ever slept on. There was no topper or anything to soften it, and my back still hurts. Our friends had a separate room and had the same experience. None of us slept well. The room also got extremely hot. "We completed the Fisherman’s Trail and wanted to find a nice place to chill and relax for a few days before heading to Germany for a family wedding. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was super friendly and helpful, the pool area was so relaxing with great views. We were able to easily get a boat to the Benigal caves. The beach was close and the ocean was amazing. We enjoyed the shopping, the Black and White party to celebrate the beginning of summer. We will definitely be back and...

"We were at the end of a wonderful split trip that started with 4 nights in Lisbon followed by 4 nights in Salema (Algarve) with 2 final nights in Lisbon. We decided on the houseboat for the last two nights and so glad we did. Family if 4 with two teenagers. Great food and drink within a short walk, safe, clean, spacious and right on the water. Don’t miss live music at “Black Label” on the corner almost nightly. Great time and we’ll be back."

"We booked a 2-bedroom “villa” however when we got to our “villa” it looked nothing like the pictures on Expedia. Not only that but it was in the very back of the property almost in a separate unit called “villa memosa”. These looked completely different from all the rest o the units at the resort. It was my 40th bday and we complained. Fortunately the staff was receptive and showed us some of the 3 bedroom villas which were more like what we had seen when booking. "Wij hadden geluk met een upgrade dus prachtige kamer met prima badkamer helaas werden de gebruikte spullen ( douchegel e.d) niet aangevuld. Ontbijt goed maar zeer rumoerig in de eetzaal. Ligbedden vreselijk! Geen parasols te bekennen alleen een klepje boven je hoofd. Geen schaduw plaatsen bij de bar en eten bij de bar ronduit vies. Personeel aardig. Voor ons geen 2e keer"

"We had a lovely stay here. The offstreet parking was a bonus! Super close to restaurants and the beach. A great place to start the seven hanging valleys trail walk. Breakfast was delicious. "Lovely hotel with beautiful views and direct access to the beach. The restaurants serve delicious food and the restaurant staff are very nice and attentive. We were disappointed that WIFI is sketchy across the resort, Room Service was difficult to reach and its petty to charge 5 euros to have a bucket of ice delivered!"

"Property was a short 5 mins drive out of Ferragudo centre. Also walkable in around 25 minutes its about 2km to town . If you just want the beach there is a lovely path through woods which takes about 5 mins to get there, but there are no facilities on the beach, if you want sun loungers its probably around 1km to walk along the beach until you come to these along with three restaurants. The Property itself is traditional very clean and tidy, quite small which we liked! perhaps 40 bedrooms max....

"I loved every bit of this hotel down to the little things . Room was clean and they offer to change daily if you want .breakfast buffet was off the charts with soo many options which I loved . Staff was very friendly and helpful . Very serene and quiet around the hotel which was important for me . It’s walkable to beach and the old town so it’s perfect to do many things around without a car"
