"Breakfast was stellar! The rooms were clean. I do wish they offered later hour in the restaurant for dinning and drinking. Otherwise very nice stay."

"Decent size car park. Good food menu with wide choice. Clean rooms and friendly staff. Location good for Falkirk attractions and town centre. Pleasant staff. We booked a basic room but there was no shelf in the en-suite to put your bathroom bits and pieces on. There was only one chair but we chose a basic room to keep costs down. Overall we had a very pleasant stay."

"Das Hotel ist schon ziemlich abgelegt und an vielen Ecken abgenutzt (Badefliesen lose, Schubladen, die nicht richtig schließen, Deko, die teilweise kaputt ist etc.). Schade, denn eigentlich ist die Unterkunft (Burg) sehr gut für eine originelle Art der Übernachtung. Für eine Nacht war es ok. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstück isst man am besten von der Karte, da die Büffetauswahl doch sehr eingeschränkt ist."

"This was a nice wayside hotel for a night or two. The young lady at the front counter who checked us in was very pleasant and friendly. She even offered to help us carry our luggage from our car into the hotel. Now that's great service! It rained heavily one night and a lake formed on the north side of the parking area. We had to wait a few hours for the water to subside in order to recover our car. The parking area is shared by a few businesses, and unfortunately, there are large lorries that...

"Check in was great. The hotel is beautiful and great location. But our toilet didn’t work and when I called I was told that the maintenance guy was on holiday. With no resolution offered until I insisted that we really needed a working toilet. Then we were moved to another room and the rest of the stay was great. It was just a bit off putting that it sounded like we were expected to be fine with a non working bathroom"

"The hotel is charming on the outside. The interior is more of a standard hotel, a bit tired/dated in some respects. But it was clean, the room was comfortable & the bathroom was large and updated. It was convenient having a restaurant/bar on the premises and it was walkable to a restaurant nearby - Salatinos. What was unexpected and fantastic was the large and bright swimming pool, with sauna & steam. Really enjoyed that!"

"Das Zimmer ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Das Bett war dennoch bequem. Die Dusche hatte keinen großen Druck. Das Hotel hat auf jedenfall dringend eine Renovierung nötig. Es ist zudem extrem hellhörig und die Anlage sehr ungepflegt. Rings rum gibt es einen Supermarkt und etliche Fastfoodketten."
