"I stayed here due to the good reviews, but sadly I didn’t have the same experience. My room was non-smoking, but smelled heavily of cigarettes. They did not leave me shampoo for the shower and overall the place just didn’t seem well Kept. not to mention, I was a solo female traveler, and of course due to this being extra cautious. so I locked my door with the latch and the bolt. well in the morning around 9:30 AM after I had just gotten out of the shower and was laying in bed, still not clothed, a man used a key card and opened my door. thankfully, the latch sort of kept him from opening the door all the way, but by the time he closed it, the latch was still mostly unhinged. He did not knock and did not claim that he was housekeeping or anything of the sort when he opened the door., I said “I’m in here” and he left. I called the front desk for help regarding this because I was obviously very afraid and they told me that I wasn’t on the housekeeping list for the morning but that they would talk to them because it was likely them. So I’m just curious why if I wasn’t on the list housekeeping was entering my room that morning and granted, if that was a mistake, why didn’t they knock or announce who they were upon entering? I will definitely never stay here again, especially since the bolt lock is just attached to the key card lock so even if the door is bolted, It only takes a key card to open the door. for a hotel that has outdoor entry Only that is very unsafe."

"Every staff member acknowledged us/ friendly/ food is very good/ drinks nice selection and good/ rooms big/ had 2 Queen Deluxe for 3 adults/ 4 grandchildren.. stayed 3 nights/plenty of room.. only negative.. rooms were ready at 2.. but couldn’t get them unless paid another 30$ each then were given wristbands to access pool area.. not great for families with young children who are there for pool/ slides.. 😞"

"This was a beautiful casino. Very nice. Ate at the Oak Cafe. Had fake oak trees with lights, was nice and breakfast was good. Room was nice too. Gift shop was pricey. 5.00 for a bottle of coke and 12.00 for a small bag of maple pecans, which he put back. Was a nice trip."
