"The hotel is nice, and the service is good too. The rooms with balconies are spacious. We had a bad experience with the cleanliness of the room; there were dirty spots in various places, including the bed's duvet. We called reception, and they resolved the issue that same night and offered to move us to a different room the next day. The buffet food was good, with a variety of options. The staff was excellent and very attentive. Overall it was a good experience."

"Clean rooms and up to date. Staff at check in was great as were bartenders and resturant servers. Bathroom mirror was a challenge Bedside lite out of order and shower gel basically empty. Coffee pot in room didn't cooperate. No coffee available the am of the 12th ????? Didn't care for being an old lady on first floor at end of long hallway."
