"I really wanted to like this hotel. The staff were very nice, the hotel was clean, and they give nice amenities like free contact solution and toiletries. However, room 508 had a horrible cigarette smell despite it supposedly being a no smoking room. The window was open when we checked in, and even then, you could smell it. "My stay at this hotel was okay. The room was very nice. Looked exactly like the photos. What brings the grade down for me is the amenities and the quality of service from the staff. The toilet in my room worked properly, however the water in the toilet would periodically begin to give off a foul unpleasant odor. When I addressed the issue with the staff, nothing was done to correct the issue. Not sure if it is related to some sort of plumbing issue, but hopefully it is corrected in the future....
