"Overall very nice hotel, good location but was undergoing minor renovations during stay which affected some hallways. Breakfast options were limited and extremely expensive with slow service in the restaurant. If it weren’t for $25 food voucher breakfast for 2 would have been $70 for 2 with tax and tip, which is ridiculous."

"Gutes Frühstück inklusive. Lage des Hotels ist zentral, dennoch relativ ruhig. Wir hatten einen Balkon zum Innenhof, den wir abends genutzt haben. Unser Appartement war einfach aber zweckmäßig ausgestattet. Alles in allem empfehlenswert. Öffentliches Parkhaus gleich nebenan."

"Our experience was incredible. Staff were amazing and the location is perfect. My only complaint would be the bathroom. Room 1010. The door wouldn't stay closed, and the fan didn't work. This left us with zero privacy which was a bit tough to work around."

" Everything is awesome except for one. I was asked by the Receptionist upon checking in for the Parking fee 25 and and 50 dollar deposit which is understandable. But upon checking my account, I qas charged for another 4 dollar, which I cannot recall that another payment to be charged. I was wondering if it was the 2 bottled water in the kitchen, because that's the only 4 dollar I can think of, 2 dollars per bottle, which I did not drink because we bought our own water. "The hotel is in a prime location—right downstairs from a shopping mall, and Parliament Hill, the canal, etc., are all within easy walking distance. It’s incredibly convenient! The front desk staff were also very warm and welcoming. They even gave our kids a little gift bag, which made them super happy. We initially booked a standard room but later paid extra to upgrade to a higher floor with a view of Parliament Hill. Since we arrived late yesterday, we managed to catch a beautiful sunset...

They need to put a raised toilet in the bathroom. our room was clean with a little kitchenette Possibly replace the mattress as it was a little hard and needs to be upgraded Our room was 1303.
