"ダウンタウン近くという事で選んだが、近辺の治安は余り良くなく、 車だったので実際に問題ないが、子供連れなので出歩かなかった。また北側の部屋で、遠く湾が見えて雰囲気があるが、近くのアラスカ鉄道の汽笛が夜中鳴り響いていて気になった。さらに9月で必然性はなかったが、空調がエラーで動いてなかった。一応スタッフに連絡したが変わららず。"

"The room was clean and the parking is a plus.We feel safe having our vehicle in the premises and had stayed in this hotel several times.During our stay this time,my husband noticed the toilet lid was loose and the sink doesn't drain fast as it should be.I let the staff know about it before we leave.We chose this hotel because of the proximity to all the shops that we go to and also the restaurants nearby.Overall,its a good value for money."

"The hotel is a pretty good hotel near downtown. Is a little old so you have noisy AC you can hear the train every hour because the port is really close. Breakfast helps to save on spending money and it’s basic but good. My favorite thing is the airport shuttle I’ll stay here for the price you pay comparing other hotels"

"The common room or lobby was ok, but our room downstairs, the Caribou, was cramped, dismal, and smelled like pet urine. There was no staff that we saw. And the breakfast was one you had to cook yourself if you wanted a warm breakfast. Perhaps the rooms on the first floor were better -- perhaps."
