"Only good thing is the staff is friendly. Homeless walking around and the property is nasty looks. Hookers walk around all day and night. They charge way to much for all the bad."

"Very sketchy part of Dallas. They had security guards in the parking lot making sure everyone entering was a guest at the motel. Had to pay an extra $10 just to park in their parking lot. I have never seen that at any other hotel I have ever stayed at."

"Housekeeping should be improved. Never cleaned my room and I stayed multiple days. Breakfast ran out of items and were slow to replace. Front desk staff were helpful and efficient."

When going to the room, the strong smell of mold and mildew hit me, and it felt hard to breathe. There was staining on the carpet, sheets on the bed were different colors as if not washed, the AC/Heating unit had mold from lack of cleaning. "Overall great place to stay. Was convenient location for the events I was attending. Grocery store right next door where we could get water or snacks (or even hot food). Breakfast included in the stay. Decent selection with a variety of options. Staff was friendly and nice. It seemed they were working on the maintenance of the building but I never heard construction noise in my room. Cons: pool was out of service during my stay. The parking lot was not well lit and the hotel felt isolated located far back on the lot. I would not have been comfortable staying as a solo female traveler but luckily that was not the case.
