"This was my very first time staying at the Omni Dallas and when I say everything deserved a 5 star rating from me! Chefs kiss! Everything from the check in process to the room availability and selection, the view from my room, the pool and bar experience. I loved every second of my stay and can’t wait to stay there again!"

"The staff was great. Made me fell like I was at home but 7 o’clock in the morning out of nowhere there was construction going on till 5pm so I didn’t get any rest nor could I be at peace in my room cause they kept slamming the door at the room across that they was working on"

"The hotel was under construction. The room we got didn't have a safety latch and the AC was broken the window was broken too. The lobby was dirty there was a dirty bed mattress against the wall as soon as you exited the elevator in the second floor. A lot of doors walking to our room had a big X. We didn't have toilet paper in our restroom and the plugs to connect our phones didn't work. I couldn't connect my laptop to complete work. I asked to change rooms and the receptionist told me to ask for a refund with the third party where i booked. She did not try to help the situation never booking here again. It was my first time in Dallas I didn't know where to go. I had my two toddlers with me. Safety and comfortability was a necessity. "

"The property is very sketchy. It’s next to a large homeless encampment. They wanted to keep my driver’s license as a deposit but settled for $15 cash instead. There’s no way I was going to travel around in a city where I don’t live without identification. The first room they gave me a key for hadn’t been cleaned. The bed was unmade and ther was an empty can of Dr. Pepper on the nightstand. I went back to the front desk and they gave me a key for a different room, not quickly. They seemed unsure about what they had available. The second room didn’t have any empty soda cans and the bed looked made but closer inspection revealed there was no fitted sheet on the mattress or under the bedspread. I went back to the front desk and asked for cash deposit back and left. Then I contacted Hotels.com to try and get a refund. Stay very, very far away from this place. I don’t mind cheap, kinda sketchy places because I like seeing people and how they live in real life but this place was too mega, even for me! "
