Airport shuttle had to be reserved there is no schedule and you have to pay a fee. My room key worked every other day no matter where I stored it. "Decent hotel but is not as close to the airport as it would seem. It’s a good 20 minute walk"

"Property was in a somewhat remote location that was surrounded by dirt filled fields and burned out buildings. To get to downtown Milan, you have to walk 10-12 min to a subway. Subways run well, however. Room large and airy, but you get nothing - no coffee/tea, no tissues. You have to pay for water. (Other hotels offered complimentary bottles). They did not even put out an extra roll of toilet paper. Staff was nice, breakfast was lovely but expensive. Parking lot a plus (15 euros/day) but...

"A great hotel in the north of Milan. It was very easy to go from there to the city center, but also to the MXP airport at our last day. Parking was no problem. The hotel is very well maintained, there are restaurants and shops around. Also the staff was very friendly and helpful! The breakfast was great.
