"I would strongly caution against staying at this hotel. The common areas are not clean; perhaps the staff should spend more time vacuuming and cleaning stains off the walls, rather than posting endless laminated signs throughout the hotel (lobby, elevator, hallways) about its rules and regulation – very aggressive. At night, our toilet began to run and wouldn't stop all night. The blinds in the room were broken and could not be pulled down, therefore letting a flood of light in at sunrise. Also, it is very, very noisy outside the hotel, since another housing complex abuts the hotel; younger people were up all night yelling and partying, making sleep difficult. I wouldn't normally write such a poor review, but upon check-out, I voiced my concerns and was told a manager would have to get back to me. No one did. I then wrote two emails, but no one replied to either. Despite its convenient UNH location, which was great, the cons of the hotel far outweigh the pros."

"I absolutely loved my stay here !! The staff was so friendly and the place was clean, room was comfortable with just enough amenities and the breakfast was delicious. I was sad to leave ! Would recommend to anyone. "

"The room appeared to be quaint and clean. However, when we opened the small refrigerator, there was a can of beer and a cooler drink inside. This means the entire room was not cleaned properly. Also, the water in the bathroom sink was luke warm at best. We let it run for about 30 seconds but it did not get warmer. The charge on line was $60 a night, with an added charge for our dog (which I completely understand and had NO problem with). However, the $60 charge became $108 before the added charge. When questioned, they could not explain. The breakfast the next morning was coffee, juice, cereal, several types of breads and fruit. It was a cold morning and hot breakfast of some wort would have been better. I realize with only 3 couples in the place limits what is made, but not the healthiest of meals. My only other recommendation would be to replace the old spring mattresses on the beds. They were not very comfortable. On the plus side, the room itself was neat, clean (except for the fridge), staff was more than friendly and very welcoming, the Inn was quiet and homey feeling. It was a nice experience to stay there rather than a large hotel chain."
