Our two queen room had two different height beds and both were the old style mattress and box spring. They were worn out, sides broke down, and creaked and cracked at every move. If they replace the bedding I would give it a for sure 5star rating"

"First room had fleas. Second room did not have any bugs (that I saw) but the carpet was heavily stained and ripped in places."

"Internet was basically unavailable in our 3rd floor room. Asked the desk clerk about it and was told there were no other complaints. The water in the shower barely came out and took several minutes to heat up. The refrigerator was falling out of the cabinet because of a hole on the bottom. Breakfast did not start until 7:00 AM."

"I booked a smoke free King Room and it smelled like stale cigarettes. I called the front desk and she swear that room was non smoking and got loud with me so I hung up the phone. A few seconds later she calls back and she told me I can move into a new room. Which I did but that room needs maintenance done like the bathtub water goes out slow. However the breakfast is pretty decent. But it’s the same breakfast everyday nothing changes. When you ask staff for stuff they like to get loud with you...
