"Not one to leave a bad review but this one I am. We checked in and although it was Boxing Day, we were not told of any changes in services. We got to our room and had one towel. Woke up the next morning to go to breakfast and couldn’t get into the building. The info in our room said breakfast at 7:30am. We waited until about 8:30 then knocked on a door that appeared to be a live in staff member. She answered and told is the hotel was closed for the day. No food and no services. We should have...
