"The front desk lady was so sweet- although there was a city power outage, she was extremely helpful and kind!! Breakfast was awesome! One of the best breakfast at a hotel we’ve had!"

"We were in Rockwall for our sons wedding so we had several rooms. Our group alone had 7 rooms. They did not clean the rooms even though we put the hang tag on the door saying we needed service. They only brought clean towels after I called. The air conditioning in the whole hotel was out for hours. Bar service was extremely slow."

"No, couples don't speak highly of this location. Employees were very difficult to understand and understood me even less. There was no fan in the bathroom, who does that! The beds were incorrect on the Expedia website, not the properties, it was correct. They didn't understand NO two adults can't sleep on a full or double bed, if they are all the same size like they kept repeating, then we won't fit on any of them. the pool was not working either!! It was a hot mess!! No carpet on the floors...

"If I could give a -1 rating I would. This property and rooms were the worst I have ever experienced. Mold and filth in the shower. Smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detectors not working and hanging off the walls. The man at the desk was rude and most unhelpful. The pool area was trashed and filthy. The ADA lift was broken. The elevator was out of order. I am actually contacting the Health Department. Do not stay here!"

"Staff was horrible. It smelled old & wet. The room was not clean. They wouldn’t restock breakfast. Just save yourself the time & money and go elsewhere."

"The breakfast was good with variations over the 4 days. One day our room wasn’t cleaned but we weren’t sure if it was everyday or not. The price was more reasonable than the other hotel close by but it is getting a little shabby."
