"My kid got bit by a insect and had a reaction. I’ve contacted the hotel to resolve the problem and did not want yo help. Covers had blood. Place was dirty and smelled bad."

"Pool area not clean, beer cans and the cushions looked nasty. Room was in need of repair in the bathroom, the hallway needed to be vacuumed and the carpet in the room needed to be shampooed."

"This is a lovely hotel, clean and tidy with amazing staff from reception, catering and cleaning. Can’t fault it as a hotel. A few restaurants nearby but not much else. If you’re coming to Dallas, Garland is a good 45 mins away by car so make sure you have one as Public transport is zero. If you haven’t got a car be prepared to pay between $50 and $100 each way to get into central Dallas or Fort Worth…"

"Clean room and easy check in"

"At first I thought I was not going to be happy. But I was pleasantly surprised. It has been a very long time since I stayed in a place where my door was to the parking lot, but the bed was comfortable, it was quiet for the most part, except when people were talking in front of my door. It is practly all new. I would stay again."

"I stayed in room 217. There was exposed wiring in the bathroom and bedside. The shower was peeling and the faucet was loose with no seal. The AC never got to the set temp. Stains on the bed skirt. No laundry bag in the room, when I asked housekeeping for one they referred me to front desk where there was no one to be found… I was planning on resolving at the front desk at check out but there was no one there.
