"Bathroom floors were dirty and sticky. Room was supposed to have blackout curtains…room had sun shining through the windows at 5:30AM. Awful!! Manager was very rude and said they knew the curtain wasn’t there/damaged and have a curtain on order - sorry that’s unacceptable for someone to stay in the room!! Never would stay there again."

"The biggest turn off was the breakfast staff, my husband accidentally spilled some waffle batter mix and we were trying to wipe it up and she comes and makes the biggest deal over that. The room we stayed in gave eerie vibes and feelings , had horrible dreams all night. lol the desk ladies were nice, and it’s a very quiet and not busy place very peaceful."

"Pool was close and you pay for it"

"Tv remote didn’t work. Toilet was difficult to flush. Shampoo/soap dispensers didn’t work. Shower head had hidden shutoff that was challenging to figure out. Room was extremely noisy."

"The place had a great vibe, and we really enjoyed our stay. It was clean, and the room was spacious and comfortable. The hosts were very helpful, professional, and always quick to answer any questions we had. "The lobby looked very nice and clean. That was about it. Once we got to our room there was a wad of hair on the night stand, thick dust build up on the vent in the bathroom, the toilet paper holder was falling out of the wall and the chair was extremely stained and gross. If you get breakfast they have a note that states that they will charge you a fee if you bring any of it back to your room to eat, very inconvenient. Our keys stopped working the morning (830ish, check out is 11) we were...

"Location was absolutely gorgeous, all the rooms face the lake and had a balcony on there. Some geese came to visit every morning. Room was roomy and extremely comfortable. Convenient location and great prices."

"The pool and hot tub were great, the sauna and steam room after a good work out was fantastic. The room was cold, and comfortable. Had only 4 tv channels, breakfast was not that good. Overall, I would stay here again."

"The property was clean and decorated nicely with antiques, etc and sat on a nice area with trees and pretty views. The staff was ok, though not overly friendly compared to other places we have stayed. We liked that coffee was available 24/7. There is not an elevator so if you have heavy bags, you will want to stay on the main floor."

"Taylor at front desk was terrific from checking in to checking out. Staff in restaurant and bar were amazing as well. I have stayed at this Hilton Garden Inn over the last 20ty years and always perfect. The only thing I would fix would be the lighting in bathroom. It us horrible for getting ready and putting on makeup."

"There was no office. Front of building including restaurant appeared shut down for renovations. No sign out front. Trashy people hanging around various places outside, so I left and found another place to stay."
