"Good place to stay"

"Easy stay. Liked the noon check out."

"Overall, very good room for the price we paid. I would have preferred extra blankets and pillows in the room, but enough were provided and I didn’t ask for more. We were also welcomed by two (harmless) spiders, who we helped find happier lands down the hall. The free breakfast was okay. Good for free, so can’t complain. The property is well kept overall, and the staff were all incredibly friendly and polite. We enjoyed our stay. "

"First, horrible location with trucks everywhere like u were in an industrial location. Then We were welcomed to a worn out lobby but the staff at the desk was somewhat friendly . The check in process was smooth and easy but on getting to the room. We were greeted by torn and worn out furniture. The WC needed to be wrestled down to flush. It was definitely not a warm enticing welcome . A room swab request was made but the alternative wasn’t any better and since o couldn’t get a refund we decided...

"There was no room service done during my stay and the receptionist said they do them on different days but that was not communicated with me.Terrivle experience! I also got put into a double queen room because they said they had overbooked the king room I reserved and paid for. Never staying at this hotel again. "

"Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Wonderful free hot breakfast with lots of options and attentive staff. Comfortable beds. Housekeeping did a light clean; emptying trash and replacing towels. Some issue with the television but staff was responsive. Restaurant was not open. Our room faced the parking lot and there were people making noise for at least an hour after 9:00 at night."

"Even though we were booked for two nights, the room was not supplied with any additional towels or offered during check in. Kids were running up and down the hallway most of the evening as well as riding the elevator to each floor. Management did not intervene nor did the parents who were taking up the entire downstairs common area with their party. Plenty of booze and late nights loud convo as the children ran wild. The TV was outdated, only cable and the bathroom in our room was clearly not...
