The pool was disgusting. The bathroom in the room wasn’t cleaned properly and honestly didn’t even look like it had been cleaned. The breakfast staff was amazing, but the rest of the staff was lacking.

Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Wonderful free hot breakfast with lots of options and attentive staff. Comfortable beds. Housekeeping did a light clean; emptying trash and replacing towels. Some issue with the television but staff was responsive. Restaurant was not open. Our room faced the parking lot and there were people making noise for at least an hour after 9:00 at night.

Room was not ready at check-in time when we arrived after 4:00. Returned to hotel around 7:30 and multiple people ahead of us were told their rooms were still not ready. Ridiculous if there’s a 4pm check-in time, but rooms still aren’t ready at almost 8pm. Evening staff was not very welcoming and came off as cold. Room was outdated, but overall clean. Breakfast was a typical hotel buffet and the food was good. Morning staff at the front desk were very friendly.
