Hotel dekat Federal Way Performing Arts and Event Center

"The only drawbacks were the placement of the toliet paper and we couldn't keep the temperature consistent. But other than that it was great and the breakfasts were great."

"I was happy with the courtesy of the staff and the cleanliness of the property. The location was convenient to the Federal Way Performance and Art center and surrounding restaurants."

"Close to KCAC, right off the freeway, parking is now pay/night, kind and professional staff."

"Would 10/10 recommend staying here. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Breakfast is great. Rooms are well kept and spacious. Excellent stay"

"It was clean, very pretty, best hotel by the airport for sure."

"The room was immaculate and meets our needs perfectly. The staff was absolutely the best we have had encountered so far. Penny, one of the staff members went above and beyond to make sure our needs were addressed and that we were satisfied. Such a customer service and commitment! Kudos to all the staff! The included breakfast was so delightful. Great tasting coffee was available 24/7. I definitely book here again in my next visit to the area."

"Very convenient if needing a hotel by the airport with free shuttle service running every 15 mins or so. "We had a great experience staying at this hotel! The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was convenient. Overall, everything was good, and we enjoyed our stay. There are a few small areas that could be improved, but we would definitely consider staying here again. Highly recommended!"

"Easy stay close to the airport."

"my wife and daughter had dinner at the hotel and experienced diarrhea and the only thing they ate together was the clam chowder. otherwise they said the food was good."

"Unbelievably loud from street traffic. Very difficult to try to sleep even with air conditioner on. When I came down in the morning to check out the staff person never asked how things were and barely acknowledged me. Very unprofessional. Will think twice about staying there again, considering the price I paid for the room. I did appreciate the shuttle service though."
