"No cart available when I check out, water in toilet not running properly needed plumbmer to fix it Water in bathtub not running well when i need to take shower , both shower nozzle and bathtub water both ruunning out same time and very noisy"

""A little bit funky" is how I would describe Lancaster Arts Hotel. Definitely different, and all in a good way. My requirements for a stellar hotel always includes: clean, comfortable and quiet, and LAH checked all those boxes. Loved the original art work on the walls. The shrimp bisque, ordered on the recommendation of the bartender, was undoubtedly the best I have ever tasted. All employees were cheerful and helpful. I look forward to staying there in the future."

"The hotel appeared run-down and in need of maintenance. There were several areas on the walls and door where the paint was chipped or missing. The shower head emitted a loud squealing noise throughout every shower. The room layout was awkward, with the sink located immediately next to the entrance door. We did not use the pool, but the pool area also appeared to be in poor condition."

"I stayed 3 nights. I had to calm and request wash clothes for the bathroom as there were none in the room at time of arrival. The next morning I left around 10:00 am and came back late and found my room hadn’t been cleaned/made up, not a huge deal but I had to request coffee for the next morning. The next day I again had to request coffee as it had not been restocked and from what I remember I only had my room visited by the made once during my stay and I did not put the “enjoying the room”...
