Doors slammed, you’d expect soft close mechanisms in 2026. Green emergency light was too bright, lighting whole room when lights were off, so I had to cover it with post it notes. "

"The breakfast was very nice with a huge selection of choices. The staff were very accommodating. Our room was very clean however it was noticed the next day that the windows were open. I would say that the staff should be checking that out along with cleaning. All and all we had a great stay. The tub should have the bath mat already in place as it can be very slippery. "I have stayed at Mitre House a number of times, the staff is wonderful, friendly, helpful and professional. The location is great...use of Heathrow Express, close to underground, restaurants, safe area. And of course the English breakfast plus other options. "

"It was a very nice hotel spacious room with comfortable bed but the pillows weren't very good at all 1 wasnt enough 2 was to many no happy medium. The only thing that let it down was breakfast organised chaos it was like eating in a canteen not really impressed but the food was nice "
