"Nice hotel, we only stayed one night but enjoyed it. The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was better than expected. The staff is very friendly and helpful. My only issue is the parking fee. I travel a lot and I have never been charged to park in a hotel parking lot. It’s just odd!"

"Is a real nice place conveniently located I recommend it for people that want to go to Ocean City Maryland. The only thing is if you want to enjoy the boardwalk it’s a little bit far. You have to walk or drive down to at least 27th St. from 130th."

The property is a little outdated and not perfectly maintained but it does not take away from the experience. Location is great. Only notes is a larger mirror would be nice and the couch cleaned but everything else was great!"

"The desk personnel were incredible, the service staff should be terminated at once. We had issues with no batteries in the remote , one remote had no back, we had to constantly bug the staff about towels, and we asked the service crew to find a broom so we could sweep our floor because of the sand . The lady said she had to go get the broom and she would sweep the floor as part of the service. Floor was never swept and when my Wife asked her about the flood she said she forgot . I will never...

"Worst experience I’ve had to date. Housekeeping was a joke. The room wasn’t clean. Not enough towels for how many guests we had. The balcony was absolutely disgusting it was sticky, there were things melted on it and gum. The air conditioning felt cold and sticky in the room there was no way to adjust it. "Place was decent for the price. Only problem we had was one of the balcony doors was poorly installed and the top of the door didn’t reach the frame and kept trying to fall. We were told no one was available to fix it and when asked for some partial refund as the hotel did not have any other rooms to move to, we were told if anything we’d be charged extra for damaging hotel property. We have videos showing no damage was done and that the door was just installed poorly. Ask for a room change...
