"I got a pet room that reeked of dog urine, when I told the front desk they handed me a spray bottle of some kind of scent remover. The tv didn’t work, when I called the front desk they told me it sounded like a wifi issue and couldn’t help me. The fitness room was terrible with hardly any equipment, the hot tub wouldn’t come on. Overall it was a terrible experience"
