"This was by far the worst hotel experience I have ever had. The moment we walked into the room, we were hit with a terrible smell that made it obvious the room had not been properly cleaned or maintained. The entire room felt dirty, run-down, and neglected.
The bed wasn't even made properly, which immediately made us question whether the linens had been changed at all. There were visible signs of poor housekeeping throughout the room, and the overall condition was unacceptable. The hotel itself...
