"This is a very nice and old hotel. There are many antiques in it. Being in the hotel is like being in an old movie from the 40s and 50s. "Room was clean but run down a bit, which didn’t bother me, it’s an older building. The breakfast was nice! The people here are nice! The neighborhood did not feel safe! Lots of people riding bikes that looked sketchy. For people with no kids it would be perfectly fine… But the property did have tons of cameras and felt secure, and I never saw homeless people come onto property, but only stayed one night. "Delightful stay at this historic property. Great communication from the inn keepers with detailed emails and instructions. Mario walked us through the check in process and was extremely accomodating with the rooms for me and my son's stay. Rooms are well appointed, comfortable and clean. Beautiful view of the Carson Mansion directly across the street on a quiet residential cul de sac with some view of the water. Plenty of toiletry supplies in bathroom and a full kitchen with coffee/ tea bar...
