Hotel Murah di Ferraria

"We were at the front entrance in the rain and cold trying to use the code given to enter. Nothing worked. Several phone calls got us in. Once inside there was confusion on how to get our key to the room. Finally a code was given over the phone to open a box containing our key, but no card to activate power ,lights etc. After more calls etc. We got the card. The room itself contained 2 tiny single beds so close together in a small confined space, it was difficult to get up for the washroom use....

"The staff is wonderful, and place is very clean, however the rooms are small, furniture is old and with the room being all tile it can be cold. It is a “bare bones” hotel but well located,which makes it easy to get around. I’m mixed on this one, the staff was great, but the owner needs to upgrade the rooms "

"When we entered the room, there was an extremely strong and unpleasant odor. The smell was so severe that it was impossible for us to stay in the room. And the sofa for bed was too dirty even I didn't even want to sit down. Because of this issue, we had to leave immediately and book another hotel for the night. This caused us significant inconvenience and additional expense. We kindly request a full refund for this reservation. Please review this matter as soon as possible."

"Hotel was fine. Clean, friendly staff, much better than average parking at the back door. Good breakfast and nice facilities. There is one negative, though and for tourists in need of internet it is a real problem. The internet at the hotel was almost un usable in our room. This was the standard of internet from 15 years ago. Very weak signal, unable to load pages, let alone actually stream anything. I was stronger but not good closer to the reception. "Excellent hotel. Perfect location, friendly and helpful staff. Found us a convenient parking spot upon arrival. Allowed us a late check-out, so that we could take more time at the Sanctuary. Very much appreciated!"
