"Staff were impeccable. Food excellent.
Whole standard of the place was top class. Just a few minor points to note & could be improved - bedroom window could not be opened to let in fresh air & badly needed dusting. Not enough electrical sockets & could have been better positioned close to mirror for make up, hair etc. Other than that, it was a beautiful atmospheric and classy hotel and full of character. "

"Very clean hotel & excellent staff. Also good breakfast.
Only negative point, thermostat in room 402 did not turn off the blower heating completely so room was too hot overnight"

"Friendly welcoming staff really made the stay. Rooms are a bit dated and breakfast wasn’t great, and the pool changing rooms had a smell, but overall decent and we’d stay again."
