Super clean, great location for Hofstra, and the staff was unbelievably friendly (and thankfully had a great sense of humor when I confidently said “Of course I have my phone”… while it was still sitting at breakfast 😅). "The staff is very nice so it pains me to write this review. But, the condition of the room was DISGUSTING. We stayed in the Annex as it is dog friendly. It looked like a Motel 6 where they house the homeless. Curtains pushed up against the windows. Stained hallway carpets. Really gross. Bad pillows. We left a day early without a refund...it was that bad. I also got hives due to the chemicals they clean with. On top of it all, the free breakfast was unedible. "Clean breakfast area and fresh food. Rooms recently renovated it seems but my room was dusty and didn’t get a real good vacuum so there were paper straws on the carpet and paper salt packets left around. Bed was a bit hard and lumpy. Shower was fine. "
