"Our favorite hotel in the area as they have an outdoor pool, which is unusual, and it’s clean and beautiful. We love staying at this hotel. Our only issues would be that you can’t check until four and you have to check out by 11 so basically we’re losing five hours of time that we’re paying for in a 24 hour period, but I think that’s just hotels who are short on Maid staff? A more appropriate time to check in would be more like one or two. Also, they should not charge for the pool since the room...

"The hotel loss power it was so hot and unbearable with out power the room was dirty when we arrived spoke with front desk who said it would be handled when we returned that evening the bathroom had not been clean and with the power out no one could come clean it so we were una le to shower"

"Arrived after 10pm, could not find parking within 3 blocks and would not have felt safe walking to hotel with our bags. There were people hanging outside the hotel as if it was the normal hangout spot. Circled for half an hour trying to find parking and at that point decided it was safer to go sleep in car at the airport parking. Didnt check in and didnt receive money back."

"My husband and I stayed here in May after spending a week in Hampton Bays for a wedding due to an early morning flight out and conflicts with the train schedule. The room was very clean and spacious. Breakfast your typical continental breakfast. Everything was fresh and staff kept the area clean and replenished. The hotel is conveniently located by the Jamaica Center Station and the AirTrain to JFK. We would definitely stay here again in the future."
