"I really liked this hotel. Very different from all other places I’ve stayed in Houston. However, we booked the beach room and were given the snow room. Not a huge deal but was slightly disappointed. When leaving the next morning we were told we’d be charged 15$ for late check out. Which we were totally fine with. We do late check out often. "Price was great so it was acceptable that it wasn’t perfectly clean. Not the best area (especially at night), 15-20 min walk to restaurants. "

"Joseph was the star of the place! He made the most delicious breakfast! The place is lovely, it just needs some deep cleaning. The carpet in our room was old and the outside of the bath tub was quite dirty. The light switches in the bedroom and bathroom need some cleaning. Over all it was a pleasant stay."

"Beautiful hotel! The property is right across the street from Daikin Park. The Astros game started at 3pm and we were able to check in early. The staff (valet, doorman, check-in, bar/restaurant waiters) were all super accommodating. Restaurant was delicious. We had Jim Beam lemonade, Patron strawberry margarita, pizza, Caesar salad with grilled chicken, and the breakfast buffet. I didn’t care for the scrambled eggs. "Very unpleasant stay. The "security" was extremely rude when I asked for help. He was on his phone while I spoke to and ignored my presence and concern. I was unable to check out after waiting for 30 minutes while the front desk was "in the bathroom". The room floor was not cleaned, various items on the floor."
