There is no kettle, bottled water or tea/coffee supplied ("Go to nearby coffe houses" I was told when I queried this). The morning staff member was a lot more pleasant :) Also,ifyou forget to hand your keys your room will not be cleaned. And, even if you do, only the towels were refreshed.
