Great service of the staff in helping us to guiding us the route upon tour drop-off, carrying the heavy luggage upstairs and assisting us for early breakfast to cater to the local tour arrangement. The room is much more descent than expected, with excellent water pressure for shower among our stays in Morocco . Good price value and good location.

Riad muy bonito y limpio, con buena ubicación. Nos trataron muy bien desde el principio, son muy amables, contratamos el servicio de recogida en aeropuerto y una excursión para visitar las afueras, muy recomendable. También nos prepararon una comida típica marroquí en su restaurante, lo recomiendo. Muy buena gestión . La habitación suite espectacular.

Wonderful staff - extremely welcoming and friendly. Beautiful room and inner court yard. Bathroom in my room felt slightly rundown, but was not an issue and felt authentic. Lovely rooftop terrace where meals are served. Excellent and very tasty dinner, which the staff were happy to arrange at short notice when I arrived late in the day. Overall a very nice stay.

Overnight stay in Fes.

The location of this Ryad was good if you would prefer to stay in the old city and do a lot of walking. The service and friendliness of the staff is great. Especial thanks to Zacharia for getting us a guide to show us around (tipping is necessary). Parking is a pit challenging if you are going to drive.

Huone oli aivan riittävän siisti. Käsisaippua puuttui mutta suihkugeeli ajoi asian. Sijainti oli kätevä, taksilla pääsi ihan lähelle ja medinaa oli kätevä lähteä tutkimaan. Parasta oli henkilökunta, joka oli erinomaisen avuliasta ja auttoi kaikessa parhaansa mukaan vaikka meillä oli kaikenlaisia toiveita joissa ei olisi tarvinnut (antoivat lastenistuimen lainaan taksiin kiertoajelulle, auttoivat tuomaan isot matkatavarat junaan asti kun lähdimme..). Aamiainen oli ok, ei kovin runsas, hyvin marokkolaisleipäpainotteinen, yhtenä päivänä oli munakastakin. Kokeilimme myös illallismenua, oli todella hyvää ja raikasta. Terassi jossa aamiainen ja illallinen tarjoiltiin oli ihana. Edullinen majoitus. Minulla ei ole vertailukohtaa muihin riadeihin, mutta mielestäni hinta-laatusuhde vaikutti oikein hyvältä.

Fatima. Thank you for a beautiful memory

We had a beautiful stay at Ryad Zahrat lodging. The place is amazing with authentic and beautiful Moorish interior design. The host, Fatima, is a wonderful lady, with a beautiful Heart. She really wants to make your stay enjoyable and makes you feel at home. She served us with breakfast everyday. She offered to cook us authentic Moroccan cuisine at dinner time, take us for a guided tour in the old town, and even take us do shopping from the local (non-touristic) places where the high quality merchandise can be found at a discounted price. Our room was beautifully decorated. AC worked great all day. I still miss the beautiful nights we stayed at the roof overlooking the old town and the cool night breeze eating kabob from a local restaurant across the main square. Fatima, thank you for your accommodation and enjoyable stay at your place. Thank you for everything.

The property is right in the Medina. The riad was beautifully decorated with Moorish style. They welcomed with hot tea and cookies upon our arrival, and they provided nice breakfast. The family owners were friendly and hospitality. I told the host about the 3 days desert tour that was arranged next day, and he offered lower price service exactly the trip itinerary. We took his offer and he sent us to his 'friend' to do the service. His 'friend' took us to the carpet and spice stores to help his friends to make profit that is off the itinerary and we missed the Hollywood Atlas Film Studio museum that we arrived in Quarzazete late at night I was disappointed. If the Ryad Zahrat Fez host offers you the discount desert trip service, you need to be upfront with him to stick with desert trip tour and not include the carpet/spice stores that are off the track and lost 4 hours worth of hours.

Hyggelig personell og god service. Det står derimot at rommene er lydtette, det er så langt fra sannheten som du får det. Vi lå hele natten og hørte på babygråt fra naborommet, og det er kun tredør og vinduer med store sprekker mellom som skiller rom fra fellesareal.

Everything was good except the guy from the hotel, his attitude was so rude and bad, so sad to have that impression when the place is reslly nice. The hotel is in a good location, very pretty and the room is amazing.
