Riad di Fès-Meknès

"We had a beautiful stay at Riad Mabrouka. Our room was wonderful, the Hamman treatment was great, breakfasts were top notch and the dinner we had on our first night was memorable. The location was very near the parking area which was great for being dropped off by our driver. It was an easy 5 minute walk in the Medina to the Riad from the parking area that was well lit, clean and easy to navigate. The view from the top floor over Fes was amazing. "We really enjoyed out stay. The staffs were amazlingly nice. This is definitely the best that we have stayed so far in morocco."

"The day before I left, I mentioned to an employee that I needed a taxi for my daughter and me to go to the airport the next day. He informed me that I'm asking too late and that I should have asked 2 days before leaving. An awkward exchange took place in which he tried to teach me that 'it doesn't work that way'.I would accept that at a 1 or 2 star property but not at a 5 star. Simply too many places to stay to accept that type of rude service."
