"A wonderfully authentic Moroccan experience. The host family is kind, accommodating and attentive. Every room is a masterpiece of mosaics, including the bathrooms. Breakfast was excellent. We paid extra for dinner as well, and had a fantastic home cooked meal. I am so glad we stayed here!"

"Please stay away from this property. Horrible staff. He refused to pick us from taxi stand. Whole property was empty. At night the care taker left the property and AC staff working. We called the main number and no body picked up the phone. Tried to find someone and there was no one else. Front door was locked and we could not go out also. Bathroom was smelling and fixture were all loose. We left the property first thing in the morning and booked another hotel. Lost the money but we have to run...

The staff is so friendly and helpful, the dinner and breakfast are both superb, the room was a palace that is very ornately decorated, and the hammam / massage services are excellent. Very good value for money. Free airport shuttle was a greatly appreciated bonus as well. Can't say enough nice things about this riad and the entire staff. One of the better hotels...

"We loved this place. It was beautiful. the pool was fantastic on a hot day. The staff were always so attentive to our needs. The room was clean and the air conditioning nice. there were some cochroaches in and around the pool every day we were there but none upstairs in our room."

The manager was very helpful with tips about the medina and the surroundings and was a genuinely lovely person. The Riad was a bit tricky to find with Google maps since we were sent in directions we were not allowed to go through.
