"Checking in was not with real staff but rather by a visual computer screen and by a person who spoke with an accent that is difficult to understand. There was a staff at the front desk but did nothing to help unless you asked for. We didn’t feel welcomed by this procedure. The same process was with checking out. Hotel is close to freeway and a busy street so it is noisy. However, the room was clean and spacious. There is no elevator."

"I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place in Vallejo, California. We stayed there for the Winery Train ride in Napa Valley, which was nearby. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, and the full breakfast each morning, along with the added amenities, was a nice touch. I will look for this hotel chain whenever I’m visiting out of town."

"We booked this hotel specifically for the pool and water park amenities. Discovered when we got here (it is not clear on their site) that there is a substantial fee to go to the water park and even use the pool. We also booked a family suite and were sad to find that the tv in the second sleeping area had been removed and there was nothing they could do. The gal at the desk when we arrived could do nothing and the manager in the morning was downright rude. I would not recommend staying here....

"Great staff, beautifully maintained all around. But it’s lipstick on a pig…. The beds are not comfortable which I believe had a lot to do with the fluffy pillows that flatten within a minute of laying on them. We needed 3 each and still had horrible sleep and a kinked neck that was actually not caused from riding rides at six flags since we didn’t prior to the forest nights sleep. Don’t call for more towels either because housekeeping is like it’s not ran by the same people, because they didn’t...

"Brand new so of course it’s clean and tidy. Staff was not helpful- a woman was trapped in the elevator for over an hour before they would call 911- they wanted to wait for the tech.
Hot breakfast was nice but they weren’t prepared for the volume of people at all!
Convenient location - can walk to downtown Novato!"

"Very quaint place. relatively quiet and very clean. The rooms are small and simple but clean. The hotel is an old building, so it has a certain charm and distinctiveness. Good breakfast on site. The hotel is a few blocks away from downtown Petaluma and all the restaurants. excellent location. great prize value. I would/will come back to this hotel if necessary rather than the big-name ones."
