"This is a quaint and tidy "motel" style facility (since each room has an entry to the outside). Super quiet (even though is not far off the 101), and there's a great Italian restaurant not far (about 1 mile). I will definitely be back if I'm visiting in Marin county, and highly recommend it to anyone. Seemed very safe as well (lots of residential all around)."

"The staff were great and we so enjoyed this fun unexpected find! Free parking was included and an amazing breakfast was unexpected! We enjoyed it in the library but the open courtyard was beautiful too. Perfect in warmer weather. The bed was comfortable and plenty of hot water. There are stairs only to the second floor so plan for that."

"This is a SCAM! You need to be very careful before booking this hotel. 1) I came in and the they told me that I had to upgrade my current reservation to have a private bathroom. In the booking I booked originally, they did not specify anywhere that the room doesn’t come with a private bath. They did this on purpose to get guests pay 2) The staff is extremely unprofessional and rude. Some of them don’t even speak English and don’t know how to answer my simple question such as where’s...

"The property has regular look to it from the outside, but the room is what counts and they seem to have been recently modernized to give you the big hotel look and feel. "

The room was vacuumed but it did have nasty old carpet even though pictures showed linoleum floors and that was one of the reasons I booked it due to allergies. "Wasn't aware of a breakfast so have no idea if it actually is avaliable. Lots of flying insects in room. Rusty and old fixtures in bathroom. Broken coffee maker. Beds are older and need replaced."

Nice new property and my favorite room ever in a suite - HOWEVER we were there 6 days - NEVER HOUSE KEEPING - had to go to the front desk for towels, coffee - AND THEY DIDN'T HAVE ANY !!! IF YOU CAN EVEN FIND someone at the front desk. The staff are Inept, LAZY, and Housekeeping is non existant !!! "
