"Everything was quick and easy to check in. Place was clean. What was funny was when told where my room was the staff member said my room was in the basement to which I laughed as I was given directions how to get here. Good thing was there were storms that night so I was safer than others. Maybe lesson is my room is in the lower lever. There were windows and a patio outside the pool area."

"The bathroom floor in the room I stayed in was unleveled, the mattress was dented which made for a very restless night & someone stole the cable cord off the tv."

"I walked in the young man that was working was so great and very helpful we got to the room the headboard was dirty the mirror was very smeared the light in the kitchen the lamp that hangs over the table. It was very dirty on the bottom. But outside of that we was ok"

"Our room had slime had stains on the floor, bed skirt, and shower curtain. There were also huge pieces of tape on the wall. It looked like the room had been used for a birthday party previously. When I went to inform the front desk about it because I didn’t want to be charged for someone else’s mess or lack of cleaning on the house keeper’s part, the employee was very rude. I didn’t ask for a change of room because it didn’t directly impact our stay and she so impolitely told the guest in front of me that they were booked up. The unprofessional front desk employee kept asking if there was anything else I wanted to complain about. I didn’t go to the desk to complain but to simply have documentation of the state of the room. Front lobby was very clean and modern but the rooms have not been updated in a few years to match the lobby. "

"No soap in shower dispensers as well the property has paper thin walls where you can completely hear other people’s conversation."
