"Spotlessly clean accommodation with a warm and efficient welcome. Shared facilities which again were perfectly clean. Secure entry system and plenty of off-street parking. Only slight issue was thin walls so could hear the next room on mobile phone but it didn't go on late and I had a good night's sleep."

"Had a room in the attic. The only window on the room had no blinds. The shower was great, lights as well. But wifi was super slow and so slow, I am not used to that anymore. Bed was soft but okay. Overall a decent stay and all the things you need. But for me the atmosphere was... not super welcoming. I would suggest new locks on the door, especially as a female solo traveller that would be appreciated. "

"Lovely stay in a nice clean room, 2 minutes away from Leith Walk and trams and buses into town if so desired. Bed was very comfortable and room could easily sleep 2 or 3 as there was a single bed as well. Well worth the stay and great value for money."

"Room and bathroom were clean with adequate parking behind. Could not get staff on the phone when fire alarm went off but another occupant managed. There's a Tesco extra very close to the property. "
