"Clean room. No Do Not Disturb sign. Housekeeping only late in the day even though they were asked to do it while we were gone all morning. Noisy guests. Uncomfortable mattress. No bottled water despite the sticker on the fridge. No microwave. No lunch options on-site. Breakfast not included. Breakfast menu items limited and not great quality. "

"Gym was well equipped. Pool was suuuuuuper cold. No one wanted to use it. Even other guests. It was always empty. No parking. Just a head's up, will have to pay daily to park across the street. TV system was buggy. Staff are excellent. I can't praise the staff enough. They were awesome."

"Great central location, however the doors into the rooms are extra heavy, so when people are entering or leaving at 4 am, you’ll be guaranteed to hear them! The Ned was very inviting but the pillows were too high and I left with a stiff neck. Hotel staff were very inviting and helpful. With a little corrections, this hotel wild be on my list of faves! "

"21C was the hotel to stay in Cincinnati, but not anymore. Our room was so stuffy and smelled like it had not been slept in for weeks. The hallways were humid and sticky. The artwork in the room appeared worn out. The shower/tub floor was very slippery. You could barely see out of the windows because the windows were so dirty. There was no refrigerator/bar refrigerator in the room. And a room service was not available after 10 pm Also, as we were getting ready to go to sleep, the fire alarm...

"I love how spacious the suite was, it was just enough room for my family and the staff was really nice. The issues I had was. The kitchen sink was stopped up which was definitely needed with a toddler and a family. I called guests services, but they never could get maintenance to come. They offered to switch rooms which was a huge inconvenience traveling with a child and after sanitizing everything. The lamp in the bedroom near the window did not work. The door handle fell off the closet door...

"The parking garage across the street is not affiliated with the hotel and they dont validate parking. Only thing they offer is vallet. Even if you book a type/style of room dont expect to get what the pictures showed to you when you book. Missing amenities in room "

"This hotel is set up in an area straight out a Of a lifetime movie or something. It was perfect. The staff were very great and they had hospitality down. I asked about nearby restaurants and got a sheet with highlighted places that were her favorites. When we were leaving we asked for ice in our cups and she took them and filled them for us. We only stayed overnight so we didn't get to check out the gym. The breakfast was really great. There were options for healthy eaters as well. Sugar free...
