"We have stayed at The Graduate in Cincinnati more than a dozen times. This stay we booked 2 rooms. The rooms themselves are great…comfortable beds and spacious living areas. However one room received room service the first day (making beds & straightening the bed), the other did not. We asked at the desk and they apologized and took down our room number. "We stayed her to attend Refs/Braves game. They had valet parking which was nice, being downtown. The Staff was the most friendly staff ever, rooms were very clean and nice, gym had the necessities, breakfast was great that was included and so many places to eat and shop on same street! Definitely recommend!"

"Check in was supposed to be after three PM, but we didn’t get a room until four thirty PM. The rooms appeared to be pre assigned. Someone one we know got a room immediately after they got a room that had not been cleaned. So there was available cleaned rooms, but the staff made us wait. Liked proximity to the Great American ball park."
