"OK, but some issues! First of all, the hotel is in a pretty good location, Florence’s city centre is all quite close with one another, which made it easy to walk through. Initial greeting with attendants was poor, we weren’t sure which doorbell it was and we pressed a few times and she came in yelling at us, even though we were standing for 10-15 minutes in the peak heat. Most of the staff we were seeing all seemed pretty annoyed all the time. The AC doesn’t work, you’re left with two fans....

"Apartment is new and clean. Very spacious and great layout. Was disappointed that ac was advertised but when trying to use cool mode it switched to heat. Also fire alarm went off bc someone burnt something which is out of the control of management but the response took 2 hours for someone to come and silence the alarm. Also trash was left in elevator so we couldn’t use it to bring our bags up to the 3rd floor. "

"Numa vita hotel is beautifully decorated, I was welcome by a very cool looking lobby, the self check-in was seamless and safe! I happened to bump into one of the staff, he graciously showed me how to lock and unlock the door, introduced me to laundry and locker room - very helpful! The room we stayed at was clean and huge ! Love that spiral staircase and the wood grained hardwood flooring, huge window, nice shower, and the window soundproof was so wonderful, we all have pleasant sleep. It would...

"Check-in process was a little delayed. Location great and very big size so great for families. Didn’t know there was a washer but wish there was a dryer too. Coffee maker didn’t work. Otherwise, great place"

"Bed linens clean. Luke warm shower, Not hot enough for comfort. Well stocked kitchen although grill for toasting bread was not clean. Would have enjoyed outside seating. Just table and couple chairs in garden would have been great for morning coffee or evening drink. "
