The unit was large and spacious. Very convenient location with all old city attractions near by and a grocery store just around the corner. There were however dirty dishes in the dish washer when we arrived. It did not seem the host responds or acknowledges messages. We indicated that we would be checking-in one day late (message #1 no acknowledgement). Day before check-out asked for a later check-out but no response (message #2). These were minor issues so all in all we would probability return again.

The unit was amazing and very spacious! We had one issue, the dishwasher was filled with very dirty dishes and the crew did not wash them before we checked in. It was badly needed to be cleaned. No one came to clean the room throughout our stay. We called almost every day to complain to the representative at the hotel were they were available only in the morning, they said to come to the the hotel to talk with the representative, but we were going on excursions every morning early. In the afternoons when we went to the hotel to talk with the representative, they were not available. On the last day we saw the cleaning lady in the hallway and we told her, she came and turn on the dishwasher!

The check-in to the hotel was about 10-15 minutes away walking. Check in was smooth. Walked about 5 more minutes to the apartment. There was no attendant at the apartment building but there was a lot of security in the building. Felt very safe.

Very clean and nice place for my family and I. Had a very comfortable stay, and the breakfast was a nice bonus! Good dining options nearby! One problem was we had to transport the crib by ourselves to the property which was difficult as it wasn't foldable and wouldn't fit in the elevator - so we had to carry it up the stairs. Another thing was laundry - I had booked this place considering there was a washer, however the washer was broken and couldn't be used, with no alternative arrangement possible by the host.
