"Everything was clean and safe here. I could tell the staff did a good job cleaning the room before my arrival. The only thing I would say was lacking was the breakfast in the morning. Breads, cereal and parfait was really the only option. Would have been nice to have some eggs/sausage/bacon/hashbrown options. A good stay otherwise!"

The food was above par, with both warm foods i.e. biscuits and gravy, eggs, potatoes etc. to grab n go options like fruit and yogurts and such. The dining area had plenty of room. "It took them 3 tries to get our rooms right. They tried to upsell sell me on check-in. I already had a handicap accessible king room with a tub and another double queen landmark view room. They assigned us a room that had a shower. Then they reassigned rooms. However, the other room I reserved, the landmark view room. They put us on the 2nd floor of the hotel. No view. "I was rudely treated by staff after booking through Expedia. I arrived at hotel only to be treated horribly by staff and was not able to check for some odd reason! I was not informed and the hotel response was its Expedia fault. Ruined my birthday weekend."

"Overall, the hotel was nice, clean, and well-maintained. However, it would really benefit from having a microwave and a smart TV, as those are amenities many guests expect. Unfortunately, the check-in process was extremely disappointing. The front desk staff seemed unorganized and made a major mistake by charging the check-in fee for a different room. This resulted in an unexpected hold of over $500 being placed on my account, which took multiple days to drop off. It was a very frustrating...

"The room was very clean though it had a slight musty smell and the hallway also had a slight odor. The parking is an open surface lot without security even though it’s an extra $30. The room had USB-A ports, no USB-C options. The bathroom was very nice and very clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast selection was good - it ended at 9:30 which seems early for a weekend. "

"Parking is a bit tricky , have to drive around the block due to 1 ways but was manageable.. elevator requires keys so you feel safe.. cookies at 10 each night.. hot tub was nice , room was Good , clean , staff was so helpful with meal ideas near by . Restaurant in motel is higher class menu and options hotel was easily navigated . Close to stadium. "

"First the negatives: I found some of the front desk staff to be inattentive and rude. Some of the desk staff were not communicative, did not explain check-in or checkout, or even that we would need to scan our keycards in the elevator to go up to our floor. No room service of any kind. Ugly lobby and staff didn’t greet us at any time coming or going. "It’s a good place to stay for a reasonable price. Rooms are spacious & the kitchen area is nice. Lamps are updated, but the furniture (pull out sofa & chair) are older and more worn. Staff is friendly and breakfast has a variety of options."
