"Couldn't fault our stay."

"Staff efficient but robotic and lacked empathy. Bedroom tired and the lighting was inadequate when applying make-up. Dim lights might be romantic but a dressing table with a proper lamp so you can see what you look like is essential! Hot water in bathroom basin very slow in coming through and the toilet seat is misaligned "

"The hotel itself was fine and the breakfast very good, however the highest priority for me was getting a good night's sleep. The mattress on the bed was awful. The metal springs could be felt through the thin mattress cover to such an extent I found it painful to lie on. I tried adding the spare pillows (single traveller) underneath me but I still barely slept an hour all night. There were also no lights outside or around the building.
